Compliance Policy
To become a trusted global company through transparent and fair management based on ethics & compliance management, JW Pharmaceutical Corporation (referred to as the “Company”) establishes a compliance policy to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and declares it to perform ethical duties.
- The Company and its executives and employees shall comply with all applicable compliance obligations, including local and international legal obligations.
- If an executive or employee violates the compliance obligations or fails to take any reasonable measures to recover the violation, the Company shall not be responsible instead of such executive or employee and may take disciplinary action against him/her.
- All executives and employees are responsible for managing compliance issues and reporting them to the compliance officer.
- The Company prepares a system for reporting employees' non-compliance with compliance obligations, keeps contents of the reporting and personal information of the reporter confidential, and protects a reporter from being treated unfavorably because of the reporting.
- The Company establishes a compliance management system that can achieve the purpose of compliance management and continuously manages and improves it.
- The compliance officer shall have the appropriate authority and independence and report directly and regularly to the governing body.
